1) This warranty covers goods supplied by Tough Chair against defects in workmanship and material except as specifically excluded, for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of goods.
2) The following are specifically excluded from the warranty:
a) Any custom components that are not part of the Tough Chair line. This would include, but not limited to, repair work not authorized by Tough Chair
b) Custom designed parts or customer specified components such as fabric, vinyl, foam, etc. which are not part of the standard Tough Chair line
c) Furniture that has been exposed to the elements such as water, direct sunlight, etc.
d) Damage as a result of accident, fire, flood, civil disorder, strike, Act of God,or any cause outside of ordinary usage.
3) Tough Chair agrees to replace, repair or refund at its discretion, defective parts or workmanship.
4) Due to the distinctive characteristics and nature of wood, minor variations in colour, texture and grain may occur. Therefore, the furniture you receive may not be a perfect match to the samples shown.
All warranty returns must be approved by Tough Chair
